* TIMING...A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW WILL BEGIN TODAY AND BECOME ALL
  SNOW BY THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE INTO MONDAY. THE HEAVIEST
  SNOWFALL WILL LIKELY BE FROM LATE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...5 TO 10 INCHES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH WIND GUSTS
