...SIGNIFICANT HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW POSSIBLE FROM MONDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH THE DAY TUESDAY...

.RAPIDLY INCREASING EASTERN PACIFIC MOISTURE WILL COMBINE WITH A
STRONG UPPER LEVEL JET AND LOCAL LIFT FROM THE MOUNTAINS OF
WESTERN WYOMING TO PRODUCE SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL BEGINNING MONDAY
AFTERNOON...LASTING THROUGH THE DAY TUESDAY. HEAVIEST SNOW FALL
ACROSS THE REGION WILL OCCUR MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM MONDAY TO 5 PM MST
TUESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RIVERTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM
9 AM MONDAY TO 5 PM MST TUESDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO
LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TIMING...THERE WILL BE PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOW ACROSS THE REGION
  TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...WITH HEAVIER SNOWFALL
  ANTICIPATED TO BEGIN MONDAY AFTERNOON...CONTINUING THROUGH THE
  DAY TUESDAY.

* SNOWFALL...STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 5 TO 12 INCHES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS 15 TO 20 MPH
  WITH GUSTS 20 TO 30 MPH ACROSS OPEN AREAS WILL CAUSE BLOWING
  AND DRIFTING SNOW WITH VISIBILITY UNDER ONE QUARTER MILE AT
  TIMES.

* MAIN IMPACT...TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL BE DIFFICULT DUE TO
  SNOW...DRIFTING SNOW AND POOR VISIBILITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.  SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF
SNOW ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS. STRONG WINDS
ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY HAZARDOUS OR
IMPOSSIBLE.ONLY TRAVEL IN AN EMERGENCY. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...KEEP
AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT... FOOD...AND WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE IN CASE OF
AN EMERGENCY.
