What's Expected for Independence Day?

What's Expected for Independence Day?

As we continue through the week, we realize that many of our customers are wanting to know what's in store for Independence Day! We thought we would put together this little page as a way to monitor anticipated weather conditions across central and western Wyoming. Specific details for your location can be found utilizing our Point and Click Map on our webpage.
Overall, we are looking at a ridge of high pressure being located over the state. This system will permit continued warming temperatures for Friday. Limited amounts of moisture are anticipated to be a part of the ridge, which may be enough to generate a few showers and thunderstorms over the area, especially due to afternoon heating. Most showers and thunderstorms are anticipated to remain over the mountains, though isolated activity will be possible over the lower elevation locations as well.

How is the forecast shaping up? Below are some graphics to give a general idea of what conditions might be like across western and central Wyoming.
