...WINTER STORM HEADLINES ARE IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AT 11 AM
MST THROUGH FRIDAY AT 5 PM MST....

.EXPECT SNOW TO RETURN TO SOUTHEAST IDAHO WEDNESDAY THROUGH
FRIDAY. ALL AREAS WILL RECEIVE SNOW TO START WITH INITIALLY WITH
VALLEYS RECEIVING 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS BEFORE TURNING TO RAIN WEDNESDAY EVENING INTO THURSDAY
MORNING. 6 TO 12 INCHES OF MOUNTAIN SNOW WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED FOR MAINLY THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AND EASTERN
HIGHLANDS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY. EXTREMELY DIFFICULT
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED IN ALL LOCATIONS.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN POCATELLO HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM
WEDNESDAY TO 5 PM MST FRIDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER
IN EFFECT.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOWFALL WILL ACCUMULATE ON ROADWAYS RESULTING
  IN SLICK SURFACES AND REDUCED VISIBILITY.

* TIMING...STARTING LATE MORNING ON WEDNESDAY TROUGH FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...24 TO 30 INCHES OF SNOW WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS TO AROUND 36 INCHES MAINLY ABOVE 5500 TO 6000 FEET.
  LOWER ELEVATIONS WILL SEE RAIN ON THURSDAY AND WILL LIKELY ON
  SEE 4 TO 8 INCHES OF TOTAL SNOW.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW
ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS. MODERATE TO STRONG
WINDS ARE LIKELY AS WELL CREATING AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW. ONLY TRAVEL IN AN EMERGENCY. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL, KEEP AN
