.WINDS ARE DECREASING AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS RISING...SO THE
RED FLAG WARNING FOR SUNDAY HAS EXPIRED. HOWEVER...CRITICAL FIRE
CONDITIONS WILL RETURN MONDAY AFTERNOON FOR MANY AREAS AND
POSSIBLY ON TUESDAY FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWESTERN AND CENTRAL
WYOMING.

* WIND...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 8 PERCENT.

* THUNDERSTORMS...ISOLATED DRY OVER SOUTHERN ZONE 277.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
