UPPER GREEN RIVER BASIN-SOUTH LINCOLN COUNTY-
INCLUDING THE CITIES OF...LAKE...MAMMOTH...OLD FAITHFUL...
JACKSON...AFTON...ALPINE...STAR VALLEY RANCH...THAYNE...
PINEDALE...LA BARGE...BIG PINEY...FARSON...KEMMERER...COKEVILLE

AS A PACIFIC LOW PRESSURE TROUGH APPROACHES WESTERN WYOMING
SATURDAY...SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SATURDAY AFTERNOON
IN THE MOUNTAINS. THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT...SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO
BECOME WIDESPREAD WITH STRONG WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS CAUSING
AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ON THE MOUNTAIN PASSES.
SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY AND DECREASE
SUNDAY EVENING.

SNOWFALL IN THE HIGHER MOUNTAINS OF THE WEST MAY REACH 6 TO 10
INCHES...WITH 3 TO 6 INCHES IN THE STAR VALLEY AND JACKSON HOLE.
THE LOWER ELEVATIONS OF SUBLETTE AND EASTERN LINCOLN COUNTIES
SHOULD RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES.

TRAVEL ACROSS THE WEST...ESPECIALLY OVER THE MOUNTAIN PASSES MAY
BECOME DIFFICULT.
